Yep. Got the whole multi-layer thing going on here too.

I had to ditch the virus named McAffee because it made my computer unusable. When I bought this new (Athlon 64) box, I downloaded McAffee's latest suite and it made any browser I used truncate web pages. Not all of them. In fact, when one browser would truncate a page, I could copy/paste the URL into another browser and it would (usually) open fine.

Took a while to narrow it down, but uninstalling McAffee made the problem go away suddenly.
