Well, obviously we are feeding them. It just bothers me that it's the same core group each time. I think the churches, synagogues, civic groups, etc should create an entity that helps them get off the street. I would like to see a group purchase some land outside the city where they could have a captive audience and teach them some life skills, and maybe even run some workshops that would help these people help themselves.
