>Hmmm.. maybe... he took full blame for it, but was it poor judgement? We didn't witness it...and I'm sure all the tiny details needed to determine that aren't public...but from what I've heard, the actions surrounding the actual shooting weren't any different than anyone else would have done.


Being able to tell the Sheriff's office that you dont want to talk to them after you shoot someone in the face is a little out of the ordinary.
