Hi Dragan,
Thanks for the advice about my helpfile. There was nothing in my resourse file that needed cleaning up and pack memo of the help file didn't help either. I will try reloading it. I tried making an extended exe but it won't run on my pc. I get an incompatible memory manager error. I am going to put the overlay file on each workstation and try that. A couple of users are still getting the too many memory variables error occasionally. It seems odd because I have the mvcount at 3000. Memory problems are a pain! Thanks again for all your help.
