>Never heard of it. But from msconfig you could see the path to EXE and if this path doesn't sound familiar you could go to there and see the properties of EXE. If the darkness continues just rename it and move it to other folder, reboot and see what happeens, if some application stops so that EXE is for it. If everyhing is OK check if that exe miracly is created, if so Virus found :-), if not just works for some days before delete it.

Thanks - I ran the registry key that sheltered it HDAudio 1.0 - which is a [supposed to be:)] an MS key. the Eova.EXE was a random name from a so called TEADOOR trojan. It was in my startup - but the only residual I found was EOVA.DAT - and I deleted.

I had issues with creating folders under Inetpub - it did not work - and I found EOVA.EXE by walking through this XP performance guidance:
http://www.fixyourwindows.com/optimizewindowstempfiles.htm

I was writing a work around for a TROJAN:-)

I found another yrkp.com - from a dating chat room - like that's something i do - get online and chat with old fat guys dressed like Dolley Pardon!:)

YRKP.COM properties indicated me he was a microsoft program! It was a DOS application.
