I have written our payroll software in VFP. Now we want to initiate direct deposit. Our bank requires a NACHA file. They sent me a document describing the format but it is confusing, terminology is not familiar to me.

Does anyone out there have an example that they could send me.

I assume it's just a flat file. Is it comma delimited? etc...

An example would go a long way to clearing up my questions.
