It's not a comma delimited file, it's what you would call an SDF (standard data format) file. It's all ASCII, but there are several record types (header, detail, etc.) each with its own format. The ACH Rules book from NACHA has the details. Ask your bank if they can loan you a copy of this, or go to
www.nacha.org and see if the info you need can be downloaded. It's not difficult to program for this file format, although it's a bit tedious.
