We are using Terminal Services with no problems, I would contact the makers of RemoteAdministrator and NetOp and find out why you are having problems with their products, especially if it runs OK with TS.

A number of our users are using Terminal Server with no problems, but when using either RemoteAdministrator or NetOp there seem to be significant data issues.
