Citrix Metaframe works on top of Terminal Services, and it provides several additional features... for a hefty additional cost.

Basically you have to pay Citrix licences AND still pay for the TS licences.

Some features that "can" justify the additional cost for you are:

- Support for multiple platform clients (Mac, Unix, DOS, etc)
- Improved video handling
- Improved remote printing
- Better administration and configuration

Maybe a good thing is to start using TS and then, if you feel some restrictions, add Citrix. You need to do the first step anyway.
