Thanks all for the answers, and thank you Martín for clarifying that Citrix seats atop Terminal Server. I'm very new to this field and did not know that. I'm going to follow your advice, start with Terminal Server, put it to work, fine tune it, and see if I need more.

One lsat question, when you say "hefty additional cost" what does it mean for a server with say 100 remote users?
