We are using XP remote access. I didn't get involved with the network setup but from the client side it was very simple. You have to have the IP address of the computer on the network you are trying to log in on and the computer must be on. In my case they have a development machine that I use exclusively and I merely log into that and do what I have to do. It has saved me a ton of trip to their office.
The other client employees log into their computer through the web using their own IP address. We have had people working at home after giving birth to a child and they seem to have no problems with it.

>Gaylen,
>Thanks. Which tool are you using to do the remote? I am unfamiliar with how these things are setup. Are there any special settings that you have to make? A number of our users are using Terminal Server with no problems, but when using either RemoteAdministrator or NetOp there seem to be significant data issues.
