Don't make a blanket statement on this. "Some" or "Many" small business don't want to upgrade is more accurate.I said that small business doesn't want to upgrade *if there is a viable alternative*. You may regard that as a blanket statement, but then you are the one who said that MS is well aware of our "opinion". ;-)
