What does this error mean and how do I correct it?

I'm trying to grasp the .NET world by experimenting on a very small Windows application that maintains records in a single table. I watched the videos on how to add a Datasource via a Windows Application. As far as I can tell, I'm following directions. But, when I run the application, I get the following error:
System.Security.SecurityException was unhandled
Message="Request for the permission of type 'System.Data.OleDb.OleDbPermission, System.Data, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed."
I don't know what this message means or how to go about correcting it. It's obvious it has something to do with permissions, but I have full access to these drives and the test database is not password protected. Why is there a permission error and what do I have to do to correct it?
I've seen code snipet examples in books and videos, but each example appears to be leaving out a very important piece when it comes to explaining how to connect to a datasource, retrieve the data, and send back.
I'm using VS 2005 VB.NET
The data is in MS Access 2003
My background is in Foxpro (Since release 2.0)
Currently going through therapy to accept the fact I've got to learn my job again.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.
