What i meant was that we do have a -probably distorted - view of the States but the reverse is scant at best.

Cars ? Chrysler thanks to mercedes seems to make a small comeback. On the whole - due to several raisons - Am. cars just aren't suited for our roads.
Consumer goods...eh none..as far as i'm aware.
But all this is a bit besides the point i was making.

Aren't you proving my point here, Walter ? BTW on the whole EU one's are a lot less violent than the US one's
I've seen some of the German one's but i prefer UK 'crimi's' b.y a rather large margin.
