hi all,
we have an application that has an attached chm help file. on my own pc, and many others, if i click on f1 then the help file comes up but on a new customers network if i hit f1 nothing happens. i thought that it might be user rights but i don't think that it is as i added user rights to beat the band to the application, helpfile and folder but still no joy.
