>I have been using the ActiveX calendar (the one that comes with VFP 5) in one of my applications for awhile now, and I have had no problems with it...until now. The problems are suddenly occuring in components that have not been changed for months. Whenever I try to pass a date to the control, I get the following error message:

Have any of you had similar problems with the calendar or any other ActiveX components? If so, can you recommend a solution, or point out what I am doing wrong?

The old version is still out there on your disk. Its MSACAL70.OCX for VFP5 and MSCAL.OCX for VFP6. I had the exact same problem you described (Mismatch). Using the .Month, .Day, .Year properties worked for me.
