>>>This is the reason that Jesus was crucified, to pay my sins, our sins..

>If you need any other help to understand that JESUS is a little more than "political troublemaker".. Feel free to reply this thread! :-)

The Romans couldn't know in advance what would happen when they started a process against him for political troubles he made... or else they would probably do something silent. They also knew the value of martyrs. But they didn't have any knowledge of the future, so they went into it - and then there was no turning back once the process started.

>To believe in karma, it is to deny for completelly the life and acts of Jesus..

Sufficient but not necessary condition. I.e. I don't believe in either. I actually haven't believed in reincarnation in any of my previous lives :). Karma is also just another external reason to do good - and my take is that people should do good because it's a human thing (i.e. definition of "good" in any society is basically "good for humans").

>As I said to you before, the only difference between any man on the earth it is the faith on God son, God Father and the Holy Spirit..

Very divisive, don't you think?

>karma says that on every new life our spirit grows..

But since you don't remember any of the previous lives, how would you know? You don't remember your spirit being smaller. But believing in karma is just another way of telling people it's bad to kill, maim etc.

>By itself this idea doesn't have any sense..

To me, religion per se doesn't have much sense, so I tend to agree with you here.

>Do you know any man on your neightbohood different than you ?

Everybody. All people are unique.

>Man.. here in my city every man that I know has the same sins that I have.. they coming from the same dutty sand than me..

Someday someone will have to tell you the story about the storks is not as true as you were led to believe.

>Where is those almost perfect people that karma talks about? I don't know anyone!

And if they existed, they themselves wouldn't know it.

>Always when we talk about bible's interpretation, I recall the history of a father that send a letter to his daugther on university.. And she decide to cut in many pieces every pharagraph.. From now on there is no necessity to tell you what she did with his message..

Decomposition of text? That was quite fashionable in philosophy a decade ago. Too bad I lost contact with the guy who talked a lot about it - many things there made sense.

>More than this there is many and many people that never has open a blible and has his own opnion for the subject..

And then there's a lot of people who were forced to do that (by parental, societal, or peer pressure) before having a chance to learn about other options.

>But, the best advise for those people is: Take a read on the bible!! A little more, try some books of new testament.. Nice reading: John, Matthew, James, etc..

I tried a few times... even at age when I was much more susceptible to various ideas. Even got a few books from some hinduistic sects or whatever - but the same thing turned me away: it works only if you believe first. And any of questions you may have are answered by "you should believe, or else the answer won't make sense to you" or something to that effect. Sorry, I'm not throwing away all my thinking. I may be a dissident forever.
