Hi Beth,

1) Are you sure that DBF files don't have memo and cdx files associated with them and they are free tables?

2) FUNCTION UUEncode( strFilePath, pcFileData ) && <-- This is the code that seams to be messing up my table files.

I think FileTostr and applying UUEncode function to DBF files might be a problem.

Also you may want to check UT Magazine articles how to send e-mails using pure VFP code. I haven't looked into your algorithm closely, but you may try to compare your approach with Roberto's code and figure what's wrong.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
