in the specfic case I am using for test, yes. No memo in this database or free tables, and tables are built on the fly, so no indexes will be made.

That is what I am seeing, but if I by pass the entire function, the file is embedded into the message and looks really bad.

I found the March 2004 and November 2004 articles and am printing them out to look thru. I think this maybe a re-write < s > which I did not want to do, but may end up with.

BTW, I got this code off of Wiki, thinking it would work. It works great if you are sending TXT, PDF, XLS, DOC files, but DBF does not. Oh well.
