My first piece of advice would to be to convert the screen by redoing it...I have seen nothing but problems from functionally converted screens. Also, I haven't found a need to give users a BROWSE window so far. If they need to select a record from a list, I can bring up a modal form with a grid, have them choose a row, click "Select" and then return to the original form.

To really grab onto what's available in VFP, I would use my time to redo the screen rather than troubleshoot the functionally converted one.
