Hi all!

We are developing a web application that needs to send out e-mails based on on the input of the user of the application. Because of security constraints we are limitted to using MS OutLook 2000 for sending e-mails. Can any one point us to references on how to accomplish this?

We have developed something similar to this before on VB.NET but when we tried applying the same concept on the Web Application we keep getting an "ACCESS DENIED" error. Any idea on what could be causing the problem?
