I don't know about access Outlook from a web server, but we have one centralized PC-based application server written in VFP that does a lot of automated tasks (such as emailing) for us. I would urge you to think about something like that because it opens a lot of potential for other automated tasks.

In a situation like that, you would have the form populate a SQL Server table, and then have your application server poll SQL Server every now and then, depending on how quickly email responses need to be sent.

Anyway, just an idea...
