1. There were thought to be WMDs missing and there was no Iraqi cooperation as to what happened to them... that is a fact. Part of the problem Blix (and the rest of the world) had was about those missing WMDs... also a fact.
2. The tune, while primarily about WMDs, always had the hand-in-hand discussion about liberation. Again, also a fact.
None of the above involve speculation or a choice to believe... simply facts.
