Help Getting Started
Hi All,
I am getting started controlling word (Office '97) from VFP 5. I need to do some basic things and am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to get these things accomplished.
What I want to do is:
1. add a paragraph, add some text (repeat a few times, this is working fine)
2. add a new section at the end of the document, change some settings like font and margins (this is not working, for some reason the new section starts before the end of the last paragraph)
3. add a paragraph, add some text (repeat a few times)
4. add a third section, change the font and margin settings back
5. add a new paragraph, add some text (repeat a few times)
I've been working on this for a day and am just stuck. Perhaps I am missing some basic concepts about adding sections and paragraphs and inserting text. Could you recommend a text to read on these basic concepts?
One specific question: how do I add a new section at the end of the document, past the last paragraph mark?
