Hi Chaim,

I am using VFP 5.0/VBA to do mailmerge with Word97. I also have
had some difficulty finding documention regarding using VFP/VBA
with Word. I have talked to MS about this and they said there was
very littel hard copy documention on this subject.

Several ways to get help:

1. In the MS Word 97 menu:
Tools, Macro, Visual Basic Editor, View(next menu),
Object Browser - from the drop down box select Word.

By clicking on the appropriate commands/parameters you can
see the syntax at the bottom.

2. I have purchased books- Word 97 Macro & VBA handbook by
Guy Hart-Davis pub-Sybex ISBN:0-7821-1962-X and one by SAMS
titled Office97 Extended 2nd Edition. I don't have it with
me at the moment so I don't have more data on this one. If you
need it get back to me. Both have been little help but better
then nothing.

3. I have probably downloaded 50 documents regarding this subject
from MS. I will send you some ID numbers to get you started
when I get to my home office.

I have not dealt with Paragraphs and Sections but have the VBA
code for booksmarks, fonts and other commands dealing with MailMerge
