And I assume their chips are real chipped potatoes (well they would be if they're from Blighty)

BTW, you forgot to mention (and YOU working in Silicone Valley) - silicon chips. I knew the bison thing - I've seen real water buffalo close up in Egypt. We call our cattle "droppings" cow flop.
