Hi All,
I have developed a recruitment software in which resumes are entered and searched.
And the searched records are saved.So that they can be called for a interview.

The search results are shown in a grid in the ascending order Either Name,Age,Experience as selected by the user.
But if a user wants to move a particular record on top of other bcoz the applicant is better than the previous one...how can it be done...
Something Like Tab Order Window...In which the first tab Order Object is moved to the top. Is it possible in Grid....
