One option (we do this) is to add a new printer in windows (or under terminal services or citrix) for the printer with the multiple paper trays and disable all trays except the one of your choice. One windows printer will use only the letter size tray (disable all other trays in the printer properties) and the other printer will use the legal size tray only (disale all other trays in the printer properties) then select the appropriate printer in VFP when you print the report. In other words, you will have two printers defined in windows - one for each paper size which only uses the appropriate tray (or the manual feed tray).
