If I don't miss my guess those "roast beef" sandwiches are as full of preservatives and chemical gunk as anything on the KFC or McDonald's menu.

I'm sure there are as many chemicals, yes.

About once a month I get a regular roast beef at Arby's. Here's the breakdown between that and KFC:

Now, that's for one piece of chicken. Anyone who eats KFC chicken is likely to eat 2 pieces (or more). So you're getting about twice as much fat, about five times the trans fat, and almost four times the cholesterol.
