Does anyone know why the Alt+F6 keypress combination cannot be assigned as an on key label or set function?

I need it in a menu, but it won't work. I have tried all commands to try to set the key to do something. Even trying to create a macro of Alt+F6 will not work!

Does anyone have a fix or know why this key won't work?
