I'd always thought you were just a bag of wind. Now it looks like water to :-)
When I went trekking in Thailand some 12 years ago, we all drank water all day (like every 100 yards you needed to drink). I don't think I needed to "offload" for 3 days (that was certainly true of the food we got too - nothing was wated)!
