Sorry Gerry, my mistake. As Fred Taylor responded, it isn't APTRAN/APYTRN but should be APDIST/APYDST. I can't believe I forgot the actual table names and its only been 3-4 months out of SBT. Sorry for the heart attack.
>Uh-oh... We don't have APTRAN and APYTRN tables. Why do I get the feeling this is NOT good?

>>Hello Gerry,

>>The table structures for SBT are
>>APMAST - Current A/P invoice header information
>> APTRAN - Detail posting information per account per invoice in APMAST
>>
>>APYMST - History (period closing) information invoice headers
>> APYTRN - Detail posting information
>>
>>These tables have parallel structures... Once you look at the tables, you should see the direct relations for invoice, vendors. Also, there are two field in the APTRAN and APYTRN tables: GLFPER and GLFYEAR for the fiscal period and fiscal year. These can be tied back to the GL table for actual dates that the given fiscal period/year relate to. Don't remember this one off hand.
