Uh-oh... We don't have APTRAN and APYTRN tables. Why do I get the feeling this is NOT good?

Also, there are two field in the APTRAN and APYTRN tables: GLFPER and GLFYEAR for the fiscal period and fiscal year. These can be tied back to the GL table for actual dates that the given fiscal period/year relate to. Don't remember this one off hand.
