England? Win it? Whith what? They sucked big time. The only reason they won was a good shot from Beckham and a galie that was not positioned properly and should have studied Beckham expertise in those types of shots and be more prepared. IMHO they did not deserve the win.

As for the referee's decisions being somewhat suspect I'm not a conspiracy theorist by I'm starting to have some doubts.

Argentina-Mexico was a good game and either could have won. But Argentina ghad a disallowed goal or no reason.

The card game (Holland-Portugal) was unacceptable. 19 yellows and 4 reds on 22 players?

Ukraine-Switzerland was as bad as they come. And Ukraine can now say they are one of the top 8 in the world? Ridiculous. Switzerland could not even score 1 penalty kick out of 3! Talk about luck for Italy which is almost guaranteed a pass to the next round. You could put both Ukraine *and* Switzerland, all 22 against Italy and Italy would win. Talk about easy.

We'll get the definitive answer on fair refereeing or being rigged Friday in Germany vs Argentina. We'll see.
