>You can achieve almost everything you want with a little programming. First in your menu, pass each selection to a program control file, ie 'do sys_men with "thisselection"'. In sys_men capture the state of the menu selection. Any screens called from within sys_men have to be modal. When the screen closes have code at the bottom of sys_men restore the menu state.

I tried partly what you suggested. I don't want to make my forms modal. I saved the popup name in a public variable on selection. Later issued Activate popup command to reach the same sub option, but i did it using a new menu option 'Last Selected Menu' having shortkey F12. so user has to press F12 to reach last selection.

Please suggest how I can activate the same option when the last open window closes or when user taps only the ALT key alone.
