Cetin already wrote about the DragMode property and the DragDrop event. Another thing to look at is the DragOver event. Dragging from a list box to a grid makes some sense, but IMHO from a grid over to the same grid (reordering elements?) would not be very intuitive to the user. If reordering, I would suggest a listbox with mover bars. That's just my opinion of course.
