The grid to grid isn't very intuitive, but it would be a nice shortcut for experienced dispatchers. Basically I want the use to be able to click on a row, drag the cursor off the row, and have it duplicate the row that was dragged.

How do you make a list box with mover bars, anyway? (If it's in the docs, just point me in the right direction)
