Funny you should bring that up. I have a friend who attends Linux meetings and last night he was accompanied by a Java head hunter.

You got that right! But that is sort of changing with the recent SWT GUI and eclipse. I still do not like Java!
Someone else brought up Python. I like Python very much. It is very much like VFP. Ed Leaf and Paul McNett are writting a product call "dabo". It follows VFP thinking along with adding BizObjects. Both Ed and Paul took a look at .Net and decided there has to be something out there they would like better - they picked Python.
