i like the book btw. as my programming skills increase, i find more items from it that help. the reason your chapter sticks out more to me than usual is that i encountered the outlook pop-up AFTER reading about it, which was helpful b/c i was able to go back and see what the problem is and the workarounds. usually, i end up with a problem and have to google or ask for help b/c i have no idea as i haven't seen it before.
