No VFP

I keep geting lots of spams. F.ex. lots from member.eBay etc. Then I wanted to report to eBay for that spam. BUT no luck. Spam is about my bet, I have won some item but not payed, and I have even ever entered to the eBay. Then I want to report of spam but I can't do that because I'm not registered member and I can't register because there is no eBay in Finland and there is no option to register in other countries as a finnish citizen. Should I ignore OR shoud I assail Interpol or what I should do? Any similiar things?

I just want not to get those emails anymore ~300 / day

Is the only "fairly good" solution for a now to get some spam filter to remove all those unnecessary emails and forgot to contact eBay, paypal, bank of that nad that...
