I've never had this not work, but then I've never tested it using labels. The only time I had a problem was one client had their manual paper-feed tray disabled in the windows printer definition and I had to change the setup in windows for the printer. Other than that, I can't really recommend anything until I can test it. I will try to test with labels later today if I get the chance. Can you post the printer make and model? Does this happen at every location or only one workstation? Is the printer definition setup by the network or on each workstation manually (can the workstation change the printer driver or is it controlled by the network)?
