801674If the file already exists the case will be the same as the old file. Soooooo, if you reallllly want it in a specific case (UPPER or lower) then you'll have to erase the file before recreating it. FWIW, dunno why you would want UPPER because, as we all know, that's akin to YELLING. Having all files, and directories, in lower case will make your disk drives quiter - I'm sure a scientifically proven point.
