You said there was 1 record and 1 memo field. Is this a different cursor?

If it's the same cursor as started this thread then you ought not have changed the problem description. You know this is a sticky enough issue without that kind of thing going on.

It may also have been just me, but from your original I had inferred that it had worked nicely previously when it turned out this was a recently proposed change undergoing testing. That (mis)assumption sure had me taking a different path in looking at the issue.
