Well I installed MS XML DOM 4.0 and it seems to of fixed the problem. This Vista install was done as an emergency install because I didn't have my XP Pro cd's with me and it was the only OS I could get installed on this machine. In another hour or two I'm going to remove Vista and put XP Pro back on it.
Vista seems nice, but there are still a few kinks in it. Plus it seems to draw the VFP windows like the command window, properties window, and data session windows very slowly. Neat experiment anyway though.
