Well it does make sense if names are so often retyped - there will be errors. You probably remember the many times your old name was misspelled - I've lost count of how many different versions of my last name I saw. And if the entry point where these data are created has no way to check the identity of the patient against your database - you're extremely lucky to have just 32.
