Dorris, when rape or death happens here, granted, it is no less tragic. However, the fact that it happens and is perpetrated by the STATE in Iran is the issue, not the tragedy itself. I think Terry showed tremendous empathy and disgust with the Iranian regime. While crimes against women occur here in the U.S., even violent ones, it cannot be compared with women's lives in Iran.
