>Nothing constructive needed to be said. The article is a piece of campaign rhetoric from a failed politician. No possible value whatsoever, except to those such as Perry and yourself that would use it as a club.

Lets see your logic. You don't need to say anything constructive and when I chime in to disagree with you I need to be constructive instead of destructive. I can't follow your logic here.

>>It is an observation, and I think the observation is reality.
>What you think it totally irrelevant. But we'll get to that in a minute.

Wrong! WHAT YOU AND I THINK IS TOTALLY IRRELEVANT outside of a discussion. It is what the public thinks. Only they can make a difference (election)

>>Don't you think there is far too much corruption and scandals going on in your government? I wonder if one could draw up a list of scandals the last 4 years in your government. The list certainly ain't pretty.

Thanks for the list. It just proves the point.

>However, as I have pointed out to you repeatedly (and which you choose to conveniantly forget) corruption is not some recent invention. We have suffered through much deeper and much more damaging corruption scandals in our past.

Sure, did I say otherwise?? BTW, the abrhramov scandal is big enough IMO. Let alone the doubtfull actions made by your government in regards to Iraq.

>>Dan, you can choose to stick your head into the sand (as a good republican)

>ROFL

I'm glad you admitted the point I was making.

>>So, who is trolling ?

>You are, Walter, pure and simple. We really don't need your "observations" shoved down our throats, thank you very much.

Then don't listen. It is you who bites, you can't blame me: They are my observations and my opinions and last time I looked there was still freedom of speech in both holland and canada, so please don't complain, I reply to your statements that strike me as naive.

>They have no value. NO VALUE.

If they have no value, why the hell are you making so much effort try to fight me on this issue? Couldn't it be you refuse to buy into it, because your world would fall appart if you relialized much of what I've been saying is the truth. I do understand your position, you simply are not able to admit, it would shatter your (simple) world into pieces.

>I don't need some manic Dutchman jumping up and down, railing about life in my own country, to tell me what is wrong. Despite what you may think, there are many Americans, left and right, that care deeply about what happens here, and even work to correct it (gasp! no!).

Ah a confession. You realize the mess. That is a first step. Why denying everything that comes as negative to the republican party? Remember I was not the one posting that message, it was one of your own country who by the way seems to fall into the category you outline above.

>I challenge a lot of the liberal positions here because I disagree with them. That's called debate, Walter.

Challenge? It more seems like outright debunk anything that even smells like liberal. It seems like blind hate.

>It's a valid part of the political process. Challenging me because it "smells like an naive american that refuses to see reality"? That's what's naive.

Naive? Do you read english. I would suggest carefully analyze the sentence. Do you know what "smells like" means. Let me help you, it is not the same as "Your are a", though you take it to be the same.

>Your "reality" is merely your collection of obervations and opinions, and is no more valid than those of the person in the next cubicle. You were not blessed with some shining karmic interpretation of life

Your totally right. Karmic, no, but who said that was a requirement? It indeed is my collection of observations and opinions. But you'll find that a lot in europe. I'm giving you a chance to understand how a lot of europeans look against america. If that leaves you cold and does not interest you. Fine, just ignore my messages. You really don't have to read them, you don't have to reply.

>So get over yourself already.

Look I do not have a problem with this debate. You seem to have with my. Just get over it and move along.
