I know someone who swears by AOL, but this is the same person who has me over to her house every few weeks to help her understand where her email attachments are getting saved to, so maybe it is good for some people. Not me though; I thought it took way too much control away and you couldn't fix anything that went wrong. And there was plenty that went wrong too.
