I have a VFP9 EXE which is fairly large and most screens are modal.

I want to give the user the ability to hot key into a support/trouble ticket submittal program.

Is it better to make that other module into a different EXE so when they hit the hot key combination it is just Do Support_thing.exe or is it better to make the support_thing part of the overall application?

Or should I just tell them to open the support_thing seperatly from a short cut on desktop?
