Right. And you can control only YOU. That is why you must take back CONTROL.
At this moment the antagonist is CONTROLLING YOU. And you must never let that happen, not in work, not in life, not in the family, not in....
TAKE BACK CONTROL NOW... by just making this other person a non-part of your work life, and when you must deal with them keep it short and 'professional'.
